The Homework Interchange™ provides a completely paperless exchange of information between students and their teachers. This system if web enabled is accessible from any location with internet access. Students can work on assignments, save them in their "digital locker" to work on at a later time and then drop them in the appropriate classroom "Inbox" when the assignment is due. Teachers can grade assignments using the powerful features already available to them with their current computer programs such as Microsoft Word™.

The “Outbox” is read only, and the information is set by the teacher. Assignments can be made available as class starter activities or for students who are out sick or will be on vacation. Students are able to copy the assignments to their own folder where they will then be able to work on the assignment and save changes.

An “Inbox” is also available but only as a “drop box”.  Assignments dropped into the “Inbox” may be retrieved only by the teacher.  This prevents students from accessing any other student's work. Any attempt to open this folder by a student will result in an "access denied" prompt.
