Is there an annual subscription fee to maintain my school/district student account program ? A. Not if you purchase Account-Ability™ for a one time cost . Total Recall Inc offers varying pricing plans to work within any budget. A new 3 year purchase plan and a subscription plan with a low annual fee are now also available. Q. How affordable is “Account-Ability”? A. This comprehensive solution is available for purchase or as a subscription to allow schools/districts to work out whatever type of funding best fits their budget. Whether it is a one time bond or levy purchase or part of the annual budget Total Recall Inc has a plan that will suit your needs. Q. My district already has student accounts that are set up by someone in our tech department, how is your program superior to what we are doing now? A. Account-Ability™ student network accounts are automatically created, updated and maintained daily. It will no longer take a full time tech weeks or even months to set up and get accounts started each year or time to update daily. Not to mention all of the additional features for communication, classroom management and student safety that are included in the cost. Saving time saves you money! Q. What is the average length of time from when I contact Total Recall Inc to installation of “Account-Ability” Software in my schools? A. The time from consultation to installation varies depending on the size and needs of the district. However, customer orders are generally completed within 30 days of acceptance of price quote. Q. What happens if the number of students needing accounts, exceeds the number originally purchased? A. Our consultants strive to work with each district in determining the appropriate number of accounts to purchase. The system is set up to maintain a programmed amount of accounts, if that number needs to be adjusted it is possible and the cost is nominal. Q. Do you accept Purchase Orders? A. Yes, upon acceptance of a quote, a purchase order can be submitted as assurance of payment. Following installation, an invoice will be generated and sent to your district's accounts payable department on a Net 30 contract. Q. Can I purchase accounts for only one school in my district? A. Yes, please see basic pricing structure for more information. Q. Will buying the entire suite of software save me money ? A. Yes, you save money by purchasing the entire suite. The email piece is FREE with purchase of all components and by purchasing the software district wide you save money on installation/support costs. Q. Can I buy student accounts for specific students in a particular grade or program? A. No, to provide the full range of functionality and full automation it must retrieve all student data.
